Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the order is canceled and returned.
Orders may be canceled by us due to reasons such as stock unavailability, incorrect product information, or other unforeseen issues. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund
We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons such as allergies, skin reactions, personal fragrance preferences, or natural color variations. Please conduct a patch test before use and check the ingredient list for potential allergens.
If your order has not yet been processed and approved, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. However, once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
