Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you choose to refuse the parcel upon delivery, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
